the shoe ID cannot be edited, it is just incremental ID number. But I will put on wishlist possibility to add name or comment to the shoe.

Regarding session names, you can edit session name via menu "Other -> Baccarat Sessions".

It would be nice if we can also Rename shoe names.(edit shoe or session names) .  It may allow us to organize or sort out played shoes based on our specific criteria.
