Pelikom will process your digital products purchase and/or subscription purchase as promptly as possible. Your payment details must be verified before your subscription can be activated or digital product can be delivered. Digital subscriptions and digital products do not renew automatically. You can renew your subscription or digital product manually right after the end of subscription period or expiration of digital product. It is your responsibility to provide valid payment details, and ensure that your payment details are up to date.

Unless specified otherwise in the Cancellation policy, all charges are non-refundable.

If for some unforeseen reason your complete access to our services is unavailable for a continuous period of more than 48 hours you may be eligible for a credit of a pro-rated amount for the period of the service outage. For avoidance of doubt if you are unable to access our services due to problems not related to BaccaratWinPro then you are not eligible for a refund or credit of any nature.

When you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the price stated at the time of your order for the service and period stated at the time of your order. All prices are in US Dollar (USD). All payments will be processed through the third party secure payment gateway.

All of our subscription packages do not renew automatically. You can renew it manually each time after the end of purchased period. By using BaccaratWinPro products and services you accept responsibility for all purchased subscriptions.

Pelikom reserves the right to change the prices and packages at any time. Subscription, that is already paid by you, will not be changed and it will stay valid until the end of purchased period. New prices will be presented and available as new subscription packages. If You do not wish to purchase your subscription at the revised price, you may not pay for the package for the next period.

Pelikom may at times offer special promotions and offers. The specific terms and conditions of each offer will be stated at the time of the promotion and will apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between the terms and conditions of a special offer and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions will apply.

No refund for paid period will be issued.

Pelikom reserves the right to modify Terms and Conditions, the content, inclusions, type and availability of any digital product at any time. Please check the Terms and Conditions as frequently as possible to ensure you stay up to date with any changes made.

If any or all of our digital products or services are temporarily unavailable, you will not automatically be entitled to receive a refund. We reserve the right to issues refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future.

Some of the subscription plans may start with a free trial. The free trial period may last for a period stated in specific subscription package. Your eligibility for a free trial including the time for such free trial and the content available to be viewed during free trial period is at the discretion of Pelikom and such free trial can be modified, suspended or terminated by Pelikom at any point of time without giving notice to you.

Using website under free trial does not require giving any credit card or payment information. After end of free trial you will not be automatically subscribed to any subscription package. Subscription must be purchased by you manually.

You agree that any errors made in entering your contact information and order details are your responsibility and Pelikom is not liable for any consequences that may arise as a result of such errors or incorrect information, including but not limited to sending the subscription to the address as notified by you. To the extent permitted by law, Pelikom is not liable to you for any loss or damage incurred by you in connection with your subscription, whether direct, consequential, special, indirect or other loss or damage. In any event, Pelikom's maximum liability to you is limited to the value of the subscription fees paid within the previous twelve months.

It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available in your account to allow a payment to be made in accordance with a direct charge request.

It is your responsibility to check your account statements to verify that the amounts debited from your account are correct and notify Pelikom if you believe you are being billed incorrectly.

By visiting this website, you agree that the laws of the Saint Martin, without regard to principles of conflict laws, will govern these terms of service, or any dispute of any sort that might come between Pelikom and you, or its business partners and associates.

The same Affiliate Link can be shared multiple times but with a different users.
The subscriber can use Affiliate Links from many persons (once from each person).
The same Affiliate Link can be used only once by the same subscriber.
Affiliate befefits cannot be combined (for example to gain bigger discount from the price).

Each purchase of subscription plan using Affiliate Link going to benefit both subscriber and person who shared this link:
For subscriber: 10% discount from the regular price.
For user who shared their Affiliate Link:
1 (one) Affiliate Point for the 1 (one) month subscription package
3 (three) Affiliate Points for the 4 (four) months subscription package

Number of points earned via Affiliate Link can be found on the user profile page ("My Profile").

User who is collecting Affiliate Points can spend them to purchase subscription plans. Number of points needed to purchase free subscription:

9 (nine) Affiliate Points to purchase 4 (four) months subscription

In case of money refund to user who purchased subscription package using Affiliate Link, Affiliate Points earned by user who share the Affiliate Link will be discounted from his or her account.
