Finding the right corner-outfield fit

Mike Trout still belongs in nearly every serious discussion. His 103.82 True Rating, power, and broad hitting profile are hard to leave out. Yet many ranked players slide him to left or right because deep centre-field animations can expose his defensive limits. Ronald Acuña Jr.'s 96 OVR Awards card gives you a more aggressive flavour: a smooth swing, real pop, and enough agility to make opponents think twice before taking an extra base. Ian Happ is the useful wild card. He switch-hits, moves around the diamond, and doesn't wreck your defence when a matchup calls for a position change.

Building a lineup with room to adjust

The strongest three-man group usually mixes roles instead of chasing three identical sluggers. Mantle or Crow-Armstrong can handle centre, while Bellinger, Trout, Pujols, Acuña, Griffey Jr., Luis Robert Jr., or Yordan Alvarez fill the corners based on your lineup's needs.
