Looking at a 991.1 Carrera S on Dubizzle, seller seems legit but I want a proper PPI. Any recommendations in Dubai that actually know these cars?

I've been saving for what feels like forever and I finally found a 2014 911 Carrera S in Agate Grey that's within my budget over near Al Quoz. The seller is the second owner and he's been pretty upfront about the car, says it's had the major service done recently and the PDK fluid was changed at 60k, but I've watched enough YouTube videos about bore scoring and IMS to know that even a clean looking 991 can hide some expensive surprises if you don't know what to listen for on a cold start. I'm not a Porsche expert by any means, this would be my first one, so I really want to arrange a pre purchase inspection with someone who knows these 9A1 engines inside and out and can check the over rev report properly. I've been looking up Porsche Inspection Specialists in Dubai and there's a few names that come up but I'm hoping someone here has actually used one and can vouch for them. The seller is willing to drop the car off wherever I want for the check, I just don't want to end up with a pretty paperweight if there's a cylinder six scoring issue or a leaking rear main seal. Anyone gone through this process recently and can point me toward a shop that gave them a brutally honest report, good or bad?
