Hello, forum members!
I've recently started diving into gambling and am now faced with a choice. On the one hand, I'm attracted to sports betting—it offers analytics, statistics, and allows you to study teams and feel a bit like a "professional." On the other hand, casinos seem more exciting and fast-paced, but it seems like everything there is purely random.
I want to understand which is better for generating additional income (even with risk):
Sports betting: Requires time for analysis, but gives a sense of control. Is it really possible to win consistently, or is it just a lottery?
Casino (slots, roulette, poker): Fast results, but completely dependent on luck (RNG). Are there any strategies in poker or blackjack that give you an edge, or is it also pure randomness?
Which option is less "toxic" for a beginner's psyche and finances? I don't want to immediately go into the red, but I also don't always want to waste time on endless odds tables.
